How many Russian men at Olympics?

With the poor showing at Worlds- Griazev #11, Dobrin #17, Plushy W/D- how many men will they be sending to Olys? I can't recall the "formula."

Two, because Dobrin's and Griazev's placements total 28, which is the cut-off for two. (Since both men competed. If one one had competed, then the cut-off is 10.)

Switzerland, China, France, Russia & Belgium-2
