yousendit.com is just a free file sharing service that people on the forum dr.frog referenced use to post videos - anyone can post a file using yousendit (which can be a video), and the service then provides you with a link to that file. As dr.frog said, the link expires after a certian period of time and downloads, so it's not a permanent link, hence the need to periodically request reposts if you missed a vid while the link was live.

Here is another site that has most of Michelle Kwan's programs, and a decent number of other skater's programs that are available any time. Make sure to read the request to "save" the videos rather than "stream" the videos. (download them to your own computer first rather than watching them as they load)

As far as the ladies go, I sort of started my collection here, and then "filled in the gaps" from the Skating Videos site mentioned above.

That was Amazing (Grace, LOL), ks777. I was fortunate enough to see Yukari land her triple Axel at Skate America several years ago. At that time she was known as a big jumper who had not yet achieved mature artistry. This performance just melts my heart.
OT -- Did you know that this song, Amazing Grace, was written by a sea captain who was involved in the slave trade, bringing slaves from Africa to the Americas in the 1700s? He repented later in life and became a minister.

WOW, thanks ks777! That video of Yukari is justgreat--she almost looks like a diffferent skater! Has she lost weight? Even her face looks a bit different. She really is a great spinner and her spirals and other MIFs are so strong and refined. Now that I've seen this video I cannot wait to see her in the upcoming season!

Unfortunately, since the videos were recorded off a VHS tape, the picture and sound are a bit fuzzy and distorted. I apologize. (hopefully I can get that DVD recorder soon!)
These videos are in DivX format and require DivX Player 5 or 6.

Just open the links (they should work, as I just tested them) and download the files (if you are running Windows it should ask you if and where you want to save the file). Once the files are on your computer, go to www.divx.com and download the free DivX player (I believe it is version 6). Once you have installed the player the files should work.
As for the time it was recorded, Kwan looks pretty young so if I were to venture a guess I would say mid-late 1990s. It's fairly old, I'd say.
