California court: Public urination illegal

Just curious as to what any non-Americans think about this? Anybody's comments welcome, though. I was under the impression that in Europe they have urinals out in public and if nature strikes, men can use them. Or that in Europe they have more relaxed views of bodily functions.

i live in ca, and this has always been illegal. i still see people do it in certain cities. however, when you go to a nicer community, you certainly won't ever see that.
