Has anyone seen this?
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0445934/
I was just browsing through the net and saw an article on some little kid featured in it. A new skating movie? It feels like the plot has been done before... Two rivals pairing up...
It says Will Ferrell and Jon Heder as the main characters, forming a pair together (????????????????????) . Excuse me?
Supporting my theory;

And yes, this is a comedy, clearly supported by the picture at this lovely little page... http://joblo.com/index.php?id=12719
Ahem...

If I read the plot correctly, it seems the two banned skaters are males and are trying make a comeback as same sex Pairs.

New Skating Movie

According to Boitano's newsletter; he along with Peggy Fleming, Dorothy Hamill, and Nancy Kerrigan and filmed non-speaking cameo roles for this movie as officials that bar Will Farrell and Jon Heder from participating in the Olympics.

I'd go see it or maybe wait until it comes to video. When is it suppose to be out in theatres?

March 07.

Thanks for the links babyoscar. My Nephew is a huge fan of Will, and he was exsited to see that the boy who plays a young Will in the movie has the same name as him. I will be curious to see what aspires for Zach Ferren.

Will Ferrel (along with so many other 'newer' SNL alums) rarely makes me laugh... I'll most likely rent it though lol... it's skating, so I kinda have to ;)

Films that revolve around a S.N.L. alumnus only have about a 25% chance of being watchable. When there are more than one alumni involved, it reduces the chances even further to about 10%. "Ghostbusters" and "Caddyshack" were notable exceptions in their times.:unsure:
