Grand Prix Final: Pairs LP

Great skate by P/T!! (save for that one hand down) Loved it!

Now I hope the next three teams really bring it! :rock:

How are P/T worse in the expression department than Z/Z? They are no S/Z but they're pretty good.

Z/Z all season long have looked like they would rather be anywhere else than skating--especially Dan. Something is going on behind the scenes with this couple.

Pang and Tong are definitely well above them in the expression department.
 
Judging by that performance, P/T should be on the podium, and by a relatively big margin. Let's see.

Very nice performance of a rather transition free program

Really nice skate from M/T! Out of unison on the SBS spins, but the rest was very secure. Impressive! I just don't like that program though. There's not much choreography at all, and they do nothing with that music.

I agree.
Also their pair spin is veryyyyyyyyy slow
 
Really enjoyed S/S. This is much better than their previous lp. They had some minor problems though, and won't overtake a clean S/Z with this.

And they go behind Pang/Tong!
 
Solid skate by M/T, but didn't quite have the emotional impact of P/T for me.

swarovski crystals on the illusion fabric on the arms. Looks better close
up. white gloves. 3 pink flowers at back waist and one in hair
brown pants, white shirt with a vertical brown stripe down the placket

3t she 1/2 rotation short ! no second jump on their combo/seq
2 hands down deduction
3flp throw she stumbles out a little

2A nice transitions in and out
sbs spins mostly good unison
pair spin with 2 reverses. I like the final position with her sit spin
spread eagles into 3tw
spread eagle into lift one arm and down so easy
pull through axel entry lasso lift change of air position carry down into his arms
very nice
dance lift into death spiral ugly position with cocked leg
spiral sequence change of edge then biellmann spiral
dance lift into hip lift and down
besti squat into 3S throw.
they end looking sad (both from choreo and mistake)

Very nice program other than mistakes
127.24 behind M&T in the LP
total 20.38 into 2nd.overall
