I think they are just really good close friends. They act really silly toward one another. They do make a totally adorable couple, whether as loving friends or boyfriend/girlfriend

AFAIK Jeremy is already in a relationship with someone who is not Meryl; I have no idea about her personal live and anyway it's private, so we can leave it at that. They look like very good friends to me (also, Meryl's lamb picture on her Twitter was adorable).
