Alright, made it just in time! :)

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO KEV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ps: good morning, everyone. :)

Romain Ponsart (FRA)

Music: Totentanz by Franz Liszt performed Maksim Mrvica

4T
3A - fall
1F - no combo
FUSp
CiSt
CCoSp
CSSp

He landed a quad toe, but not much else I'm afraid.

OMG, I can't believe Ponsart used Zhenya's signature music "Tribute To Nijinsky", which is Evgeni's iconic program (received 11 6.0's at Russian Nationals) and is identified with him.

Still, I love Ponsart's turnout & pointed toe ~ gorgeous!

Chafik Besseghier (FRA)

Music: Piano in Concerto by Maksim Mrvica

4T<<+2T - severely underrotated
3A - hand down/stepout
2Lz - messy too

Not much luck with the jumps either...

poor youngster from France messed up on all his elements, and he honestly looks like a novice compared to his countryman, Ponsart, who has exquisite artistry.

Now I'm soooooooooooo EXCITED about France's mens program after seeing Ponsart skate for the very first time; imho he's better than Amodio, and has the makings of a great skater. Can't wait to continue to watch him over the years.

I LOVE this time schedule. I can keep it on my desktop all morning and "watch" via the score feed and here. Short dance should be the same time I'm giving a test, too--so much win!

Nan Song (CHN)

Music: Requiem for a Dream (soundtrack) by Clint Mansell

4T+3T
3A
3Lz - pitched forward on landing, but he saved it
FCSp
CSSp
SlSt
CCoSp

Solid jumping... he needs more speed and polish on his elements, though.

Nan Song has the 4/3 nailed! as well as his other elements, though the 4/3 was a bit slow, and I wish he wouldn't stalk that jump, but he did it again!

Now I would like to see him have a totally different program, costume, choreography, et al, to do justice to his untapped other talents (loved his pointed toe on the sitspin). :)
