Besides Michelle, I think Bestemienova and Bukin deserve consideration.
I also hope Mr. Frack makes it. (Mr. Frick is already in, right?

For competitors, you have to wait five years before you are eligible. There doesn't seem to be any rule about coreographers,since Lori Nicole is still going strong.

So would I. I don't know how this works, though. It's a bit disheartening that Sjoukje Dijkstra is on this ballot, as she won the Olympics in 1964. Does that put Kwan out of the running until 2040 or so? Yipes!
