Anyone hear from Joesitz?

He hasn't logged onto the board since December 15. Anyone have contact with Joe? How is he doing?
 
I actually came to this forum just to see if there was any news on Joe. Hope all is well

No I personally haven't but other mods have - right before nationals - and we haven't heard from him. It's odd not to see him posting around nationals time, which is why I am concerned.

I agree. I know he had been gone for awhile and then when he briefly returned, he said something about a hospitalization. Then he was here briefly and seemed to vanish again. The one disadvantage of internet friendships: one doesn't know a person's name or whereabouts. This protects us but also puts a wall around people who might be in distress. If anything's wrong, I hope he's got real-life friends and family who are helping him.
 
When he didn't post at Nationals time, I sent him a PM, but I haven't received a reply. I hope he is OK.
 
He was on the old about.com site when I joined many years ago.....hope you're okay..... 42
