Community LOVES him. I run the fan page & website and most of the comments and support are from Alaska. I get a lot of ___, AK LOVES KEEGAN!! comments and emails. It's sweet.

but again, the community is a whole lot smaller than the word "community". But he is well loved...
He trains in Anchorage Alaska (AFAIK), and there's a small niche group of skating fans, but not enough to fill even half of the sullivan arena, which is a decent sized skating/event rink.
Not trying to be a Debbie-downer... but it's difficult being an Alaska skater fan...

Yes. Rory choreo'd his SP for this upcoming season.
But he is mostly coached by Ralph and Gary Irving now.

More like Scott Hamilton... whom he's been compared to. One of his favorite skaters of all time is Elvis Stojko (too each their own, I suppose).

And if you ever have a chance to talk to him or his mom, please tell them that there are Japanese fans who are rooting for Keegan for us, especially for my husband!
He LOVES Keegan's powerful jumps and spins (so do I!). Everytime he sees them, he says the same things again and again, "Keegan jumps as if he were flying into, no, flying over the board! His sit spins are just inhuman, he spins as if he does have a turbo-engine on his butt. Now it is a sport, don't you think?"
He's also decided to root for Keegan even more when I told him about some disadvantages of Keegan to be a skater from Alaska and/or not to be coached by world-famous ones such as Frank Caroll.

Hopefully Doris gets to go to Liberty this year, she's always gotten me video of Keegan!
Alas, this year I don't get to go anywhere. It's a hectic summer.
We just got done hosting my nephew's wedding on the front lawn.
Next Saturday we have a ton of guests coming for OpSail 2012
Plus my niece is staying with us for the summer.
So I won't be going much of anywhere this summer ( well I did manage to make it to the Maine Blues Festival to watch our grandson Cam perform there, but nothing else )

Yes, we did. Last year, Mr. Ski was not well, so we didn't make it
