The 2012-13 ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating continued this week in Lake Placid, New York, with approximately 93 skaters/teams representing 24 countries competing in the Men, Ladies, Ice Dance, and Pairs disciplines.

Looking at the pairs podium, it's startling jus thow tall Purdy is compared to the other pairs girls. Makes P/M's accomplishment all the more notable.

I'm looking forward to P&M becoming seniors. It's been a long time since we have had a pair with 2 tall people. The extra height gives a tall team gorgeous presence on the ice, and if they work at it, there is a possibility of amazing extension
