Sexiest Figure Skating Programs Ever

K&P -Beautiful yes, but sexy?

IMO, absolutely yes. :) In addition to K&P's Bach, I would also say V&M's Carmen, Gordeeva & Kulik's DiBolero, Usova & Zhulin's Blues for Klook and Grishuk & Platov's St. James Infirmary (talk about raw, sexual energy )

yuna's bond
rachael's 2010 short. it was playful but also a bit sexy.
volozohar/trankov's short from last year. evanescence i think it was. they always have good chemistry though.

Yuna's Tango and Bond (tho I also find her Danse to be on the sexier side)

Katarina Witt's Carmen

I think that in general pairs & dance tend to have sexier programs, though I don't really watch/follow either discipline regularly.

I liked Dai's prorammes last year better than this year for srue but I am not sure I find him or the routines sexy.

 Cultures differ, I would say. Dai's program(s) is/are very sexy sometimes and Dai himself is too sexy ON ICE (but seldom so once he is off the ice=is in his normal-self, unfortunately though ;)) in our culture!

For me, 'In the Garden of Souls' is the best in this regard, especially his performance at NHK 2011.

Let me add some actual gems:
Diana Poth 1999sp Black Velvet http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6vnTejJhGlI
Diana Poth 2000sp Parisian Walkways http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=VGOCpgIOj6I
Jose Chouinard American in Paris (the slow section) http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=NdVW1HR-D9s
Olga Markova Harlem Nocturn, very sensual, http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pD8URnScIO4
Vanessa Gusmeroli, The Mask, 1997 sp http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=qk47wTrUTrU
Mojca Kopac, Bluez for Klook http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2AXRMt-GA1I
Silvia Fontana 2006 http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UYAX2tN8lsA
Julia Lautowa http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bIy94L5Y0iw

Peggy Schwarz and Mirko Muller, most of their program's.
Andrews Vlacenko did a lot of "I'm sexy" numbers. And did them well.

Yuna's Tango and Bond (tho I also find her Danse to be on the sexier side)

Katarina Witt's Carmen

I was thinking that as well. It's the connection between the two people, and of course the holds. For an individual skater to be "sexy," it often requires the skater to broadcast to the audience in an overt, even blatant way. (Remember Witt in her catsuit, standing there posing?) Whereas a couple (either pairs or ice dance) need only interact with each other to turn up the temperature. The effect is often more natural and more spontaneous, and to me, more convincing.

I saw a movie very long time ago, I was child, so I don't remember about it....Sonja didn't skate, she ski'd, and that was very exciting for me in that time. Can anbody help me?

Patrick Chans programs this year. I can't help but stare at his behind. His skating skills did his body good. :)

I think the name of the movie was Sun Valley Serenade. Sonia Henie wins the guy by her skill on the slopes. :)

By the way, the annual series of ice shows in Sun Valley, Idaho, are still going strong. They have a regular performing cast anchored by Craig Heath and they bring in a star each week as a headliner. Here is Heath with some of the champions that have done the show in recent years.

I think Oerin is referring to #2 (third from top) in the OP. (Mirai was 15, though -- her birthday is in April and this show was in August.)

Okay, I concede. Having now actually clicked on the link and having watched a bit of it, I'm a little creeped out that anyone would describe it as sexy.

On the other hand, the poster who thought that 15-year-old Mirai was sexy was himself fifteen at the time. ;)
