Fellowes must have been expecting this, though. O'Brien was making noise about being bored with Downton and her job in the last episode. Bet she is written out by sending her off to foreign lands as the new lady's maid for Rose's mother.

I'm glad that we have another season to go because I love this show. But on the other hand, I quite often think that this show should have ended at the Christmas episode right before the last three minute.
