I must say that I'm not optimistic about the optimized PCS because... I'm not optimistic by nature 
However, I'm ready to give it a go. Thus far, PCS has been neither as transparent nor as effective in stipulating art as TES has been for the athletic side of this sport. Is simplifying to just 3 components the right way to improve it? We can only know if we try.
