Number 11, I think, the announcer at the end said Marta Garcia (who finished 22th in that JGP stage)

Just to confirm, yep, it is Marta García.

Thank you so much to @labgoat for finding the video. For a skater who was around for as long as Marta was, there aren't actually many videos of her out there. So it'll be nice to add an early one to her Fan Fest when I eventually get to update the OP.
