I know what on earth is going on!! I just saw the unblocked streams come up for UK yay !! Holding on with baited breath! It's crazy ...

This is so odd ... now the ISU stream is unblocked on my country (Chile) ... no VPN needed at the moment

It's normally not blocked in Canada. I always watch on the Youtube stream because it's easier to pull up on the TV.

In the past it was only blocked for SC because TSN/CTV had the rights for that event, rather than CBC. But CBC has SC too now, so it's not blocked. On the ISU page about SP broadcasts, they indicate that some countries with broadcasts also have access to the Youtube stream, and Canada is marked as one of those.
