This is the first of seven events of the 2019-20 Junior Grand Prix series. The ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series consists of seven international junior invitational events and culminates with the 2019-20 ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final.
Did You Know?
Switzerland’s Denise Biellmann, the 1981 European and World Champion and three-time national champion, is known for popularizing the Biellmann spin—an upright figure skating spin in which the skater executes a one-foot spin while holding the other foot extended over and behind the head. It should be noted that Tamara Moskvina may have been the first to perform it (1965 European Championships).
