The competition is for adult skaters who have reached at least the age of twenty eight (28) and Synchronized skaters at least the age of twenty five (25) before July 1st preceding the event but have not reached the age of seventy eight (78) before July 1st preceding the competition. All four disciplines will take part : 30 participants in the singles events (ladies and men), 20 pair teams, and 24 ice dance teams. 2022 World Junior Figure Skating Championships

The 2022 World Junior Figure Skating Championships will take place March 21-27, 2022, in Sofia, Bulgaria. "Junior Worlds" is an annual figure skating competition sanctioned by the International Skating Union. ISU Member nations select their entries according to their own criteria. Currently, skaters must be at least 13 years old, but not yet 19, before the previous 1 July, except for men competing in pair skating and ice dancing, where the age maximum is 21. ISU Event Page
