Some updates on streams:
So far, there has been no confirmed stream. There are some NBC links floating around, but those are scams and won't work. Someone on Twitter said a Chinese media company might stream the events tomorrow, but this is just a rumour. The staff at the event have put out a statement that implied a possibility for a stream, so we'll have to keep on waiting and seeing. I would recommend checking Weibo and CCTV for videos of practices, and possibly some further videos will be put up. If there is a stream, it might be available here or here

Because test is just a formality (I was confused before too) Also, I think they streamed the speed skating event - all this really shows is how little FS matters to China.
