The Globe&Mail had a longer article about this earlier that doesn't seem to be on the site anymore. It quoted a few former Skate Canada officials criticizing Coburn, particularly in regards to financial issues.

Will this affect Worlds?

I'm not sure. The first article mentioned that Vancouver Worlds had been sold out a year in advance (Coburn was not CEO then), and that this year's in Calgary has only sold the "lower bowl", with only two months to go. The SC president, Marilyn Childow, is still around. Hopefully things will run smoothly.
