Can someone ID the skater in this pic for me?

When in doubt, look at the arms and hands, Its Cohen for sure.

I can't tell by just looking at someone's arms who they are. It has to be either a position I recognize or I have to see the face. And in the pic I posted you can't see the face well. I had a feeling it might be Cohen but there was no way for me to know for sure. I've misidentified skaters many times before.
