Now that that season has started.....

Let's talk about that other blades on ice sport!


Aves look pretty good despite the loss of a favorite of mine - Tanguay. Love seeing the stars loose. My only prediction is I see the Wings doing nothing this year. Always a joy to watch, but since the retirement of FederSkater I don't miss them and it maybe I never have to see them this year as a threat. Yah Hoo! No octopi on the ice - why keep that trashy tradition anyhoo.........?

How does Carolina look this year?

What are Canucks? Where did the team get that name? I've always lived south of the Mason-Dixon line and am a little ignorant of our Northern neighbor's culture.
