I believe some countries have their nationals before the New Years.

Japan, France, Russia??? If so when???

I just read that Russian Nationals are Jan. 3-7, 2007. Not sure about France, but I do think Japan usually has theirs in December.

I read on FSU that French nationals will be December 1-3.
