Currently in the hot seat is 2007 World Junior Championship bronze medalist Ashley Wagner, a Washington state native who now lives and trains in Alexandria, Virginia. She is coached by Shirley Hughes and works with choreographer Jill Shipstad-Thomas.
Wagner also finished first at Junior Grand Prix France and Junior Grand Prix Netherlands last season before taking silver at the final. This season, she will make her senior international debut at Skate Canada before heading to Trophée Eric Bompard.
