It appears Oxygen Network plans on broadcasting the final 2 groups. 12 skaters, 2 hours of coverage. Not bad considering past US broadcasts, but it could definitely be a whole lot better if we could see all the skaters. Oh well........

Can anyone make sense of the broadcast times?

ISU Event Schedule says 5:35PM - 9:45PM, which translates to 8:35PM - 12:45AM Eastern time. TV Schedule says 11PM-2AM Eastern time "live." Something seems off there? Was the Mens FS changed to be an hour earlier, and if so, anyone know if Oxygen's broadcast will actually be 10PM-1AM eastern?

Am I totally out in the blue, or does Men's final start in 40 min?

Edit: It has to be 1h 40 min, right? I forgot I'm GMT +1, not 0. Good, then I've got time to watch the pairs final. No sleep for me tonight! :D

Gosh, thanks! I almost went to bed for an hour and a half!
I thought, since it at ISU says "(Local Time, GMT -08:00)" and I live GMT +1, that would be 9 hrs. 5.35pm + 9 hrs = 2.35 am. Or am I completely wrong? (Oh, this weekend will be messy, we get daylight-saving time during the night to Sunday. Are you Americans into that too?)

I'll start the cheering by saying GO PATRICK! Make the most of your 1st in warm-up skating spot and make the others nervous. Hopefully a kickass skate by Patrick will force everyone to skate amazingly and create an exciting and well skated competition.

Hopefully without all the whining about marks like yesterday's SP.

Good luck to everyone and may the winner be happy and deserve it and may the other skaters be happy with themselves and their results.

"Hey, I've been reading the articles. It sounds like Patrick Chan is filling in for me pretty well," he laughed, referring to the Canadian's war of words this week with Brian Joubert over the quad.
Oh Johnny...
