Did Daisuke Murakami compete in any of these regionals or sectionals? If so, how did he do?

Daisuke Murakami was third at Japanese Junior Championships, so he was placed to seeded skater.
He don't have to compete in any of these regionals or sectionals.:agree:

Good deal! I really liked his SP at Nebelhorn. (haven't seen a youtube of his LP yet) I hope we see more of him.

schedules are getting so crowded that skaters have a competitions every other week.

Great scores from Murkami and Hanyu, Japanese seems to keep the scoring more under control and avoid giving big gifts at domestic competitions.

I wouldn't call Hanyu's domestic PCS a 'big gift': 26.65 (SP) and 53.10 (FP).
While from the international panel in JGP in Zagreb he received resp 30.03 and 66.22.

I meant precisely the opposite of what i wrote; i actually meant avoid giving the big gifts. Which i have now corrected.

Didn't Akiko Suzuki placed 4th at the national last year?? Why she is still compeating for sectional.

Or only top three skaters are treated as seeded?

Did Ibuki Mori compete novice?
Yes, Mori competed at her Regionals (Chubu) in Japan in late September and finished 4th in Novice A (66.47 in FS), which qualified her for Novice Nationals (Oct. 23-25). There, she placed 19th of 36 (59.05). At Regionals she landed 2A and 2A+2T but both her 3S attempts were downgraded.

Arigato, Haaagi, for translating some of the top finishing skaters' names at Regionals and Sectionals! :)
