I was watching some Ros-cup clips on youtube and one link to another I found this one.
They shouldn't have named the video 'Kim Yuna's Triple Jumps' because I thought it was yet another montage of Kim's triples and almost skipped the clip.. but it wasnt.. I felt like I was watching a short documentary film honestly..

The video basically introduce and explain the principles of 6 jumps in FS(T,Lo,Lz,S,F,A).
I showed this clip to my sister who's having a hard time sorting out the difference between F and Lz, and it worked at last! she could be pretty annoying while watching a competition..but now finally..
Hope this'll be a good informative posting since it's my very first thread created,
and kudos to whoever made the clip, such a beautiful editing and BGMs :agree:
