He will get the big bonus and no matter how many times he falls he will finish atleast 10th. Am sure Speedy already sent the memo to the judges ;)

He doesnt need that , an inspired Voronov is very worthy of an 7th-10th placement. His LP is quite good this season. He just needs to relax and deliver.

GO BRIAN JOUBERT VIVE BRIAN JOUBERT

According to the BJDG, Laurent was just interviewed, and Brian has new boots and blades, which may explain why he is landing all of his quad and lutz combinations!!!!

YAY! Jeremy landed all his jumps :agree:! It's gonna be a big score, now we'll just have to see if the pressure of being so high after the SP will get to him in the FS, hope not. Lol, he looks huge next to all the little asian guys in this group

Anyone hearing audio of Johnny Weir right now instead of seeing Universal's coverage online?

Universal just went from the live feed to an audio only off-air conversation between Johnny Weir, and...? Bizarre.

Are Plushenko and Evan REALLY 10 points better than him? :rolleye:

Well thats always unfair to compare since this a different set of judges with different perspectives, opinions (and interests) .. if we had the same judsges as in Vancouver SP and Jeremy gets that score then we're talking. Plus the Vancouver judges were really smoking something with so many over the top scores they gifted to everyone that didnt have a meltdown.

Absolutely not, but it does appear the judges have lowballed Abbott on his PCS scores as a result of the inconsistency he showed at the Olympics. PCS scores tend to match a skater's momentum and Jeremy was really off his game in Vancouver.

remember, this is worlds, the scores may have come down from outer space....

 true. I still thought he would get like an 85, I guess his landing of the 3a was not very smooth and he was visibly nervous on the ice, so the performance was lacking a bit.
