highest base value ever? (just for fun)

Clearly this cannot be a serious issue, since it is meaningless to evaluated according to cop a pre-2006 program, and even for post-2006 programs the base values of technical elements change from year to year. but just for fun it can be done

so, which are the highest base value programs ever, computed with 2010 base values? (the level of footwork and spins has to be discussed, but the forum is here for that )

I think Daisuke at 4CC in 08, probably because that was the highest mark ever.
