What are necessary placements to obtain 3 spots for Euros next year?

The combined placements of the top 2 skaters from one country must be 13 or less. If the nation only has 1 skater competing, then s/he must finish in the top 2.

Why on earth would they even consider holding an event like this is an unheated arena??

Who knows, but the ISU did inspect the arena beforehand. :rolleye:
