Omgosh pairs is about to begin to practice!

I don't understand the time schedule, truth be told, the one over on IN states Pairs will start at 7:35AM EST. But then the ISU event page states 4:45PM Russian time, which is now 3:45PM Russian time. ODD!

Yet now it is starting, go figure... :confused2:

Lol I looooove the music of Abba "Dancing Queen".

And I am most interested to see how this young American pair does, if only to see how they will fare against my faves Donlan & Speroff at Nationals.

Cain & Reagan are both tall, blonde, and slender, and the camera loooooves them! The camera man sure has devoted a lot of time to them...hmmm....

Plus I'm sure I heard they did very good thus far, even beating out D&S for a spot to compete internationally.

Good, but no cigar, nice sbs jumps, low split 2 twist, and huge fallout on the throw triple jump.

Only 16 & 22, here's hoping this young American team stays together for the long haul. :)

My computer crashed for the Candians, but I got to watch the Russian pair. They started out smack in your face, then ka-splat on that throw jump. :(

A shame about the mistakes - they should still place first based on their speed, choreography and maturity

Ah, back again, I recall this pair at another GP event recently. :)

They lack finesse, and don't seem to give a fig about stretch/line/toepoint, the foundation of good basic skating, but they make up a lot of it by being vibrant exciting performers. In that aspect they remind me of an all-time favorite pair of mine ~ Abitbol & Bernadis.

Nice Italian couple with a lot of verve, wouldn't be surprised if they finish 1st ahead of the Russians, we shall see...
