Hopefully Tuk skips nationals. She's already a lock for worlds, and she's competed in a bazillion competitions already, so she doesn't need the extra experience (unless she wants to try the triple axel). I think that Mishin knows that and won't force her to compete if she doesn't want to.

someone mention Elizaveta will not be going to Jr. Worlds
and in an interview, Mishin said Elizaveta needs a rest and is tired from competing in a long season

hope someone can clarify or show some links, ?
I hope she will still go to Jr. Worlds

I'm fine with that. She's won 2 GP's and YOG (Anything else?)
She deserves a rest, and hopefully she can use the longer off season to work on bumping up her PCS's

If it was their original plan, then it was a very good tactic move of Mishin. To focus her best form in the first part of the season, especially in senior GP events, in order to present her to judges. She will be full-senior next season and had a nice presentation this year for that.

Except the entry lists, the article is full of bitter crap and other stuff that is not worthy reading. In fact all these speculations are not so important anymore. Today Piseev said to RIA NOVOSTI that both Adelina and Liza will get the spots for Junior Worlds without taking part in Russian Junior Nationals. He added that in Novogorsk girls will fight only for one spot left.

thanks, oh well
Julia has this in the bag, but I also want to see who will be in Top 5 in all juniors categories
Artur Dimitriev is still Juniors ? he is aging out already same as Bush , the men's skating is in need of new blood

is this Alexander Samarin ? he has potential for a 13 year old
looks like the russian boys may not be that hopeless once Zhenya retires and Artur may have competition in the future ??
hope he does well, send him to JGP next season ! :)

I am actually extremely surprised they are not giving Julia L a bye as well. She is obviously the best person to send.
