Keiffer Hubbell teams up with Anastasia Olson

Like his sister Madison, the pair will be at DSC.

Interesting point about his brief team up with Vanrssa Crone:

"We had an extended tryout; it was even pretty much a short-term partnership," he said. "We were working on choreography and getting ready to compete this coming season. We talked about a bunch of different issues. Ultimately, I decided I didn't want to be released from USFS, and that ended that."

Oh boy, things just got a lot more interesting....

Wow, just did a little research (i.e. read FSU

) and saw there's all sorts of breakups. Lichtman/Copley; Bonacorsi/Mager; Cannuscio /Lorello; Cowan/Olson (though obviously Olson ended up with Hubbell)....

U.S. Nationals 2013 in Ice Dance is going to be really really interesting, me thinks.

I wonder if Keiffer decided he didn't want to compete for Canada while his sister was competing for the US.

I guess Keiffer figured if the partnership didn't work out, he wouldn't have as many options if he was then a member of Skate Canada?
