Alexei Mishin: “I would make a lot of changes in figure skating”

His comments on CoP step requirements are of interest.
I find many skaters perform unattractive step sequences that at times seem to show more lack of control and refinement than anything else.
But typically the helter-skelter steps rack up the big points.
