I think Yuzuru's technical ability is through the roof. No one does the entry he has into the 3A because it's insane, and he made that 4T look like a 3T from the way he landed it nigh-perfectly.
The only thing I can really fault him for is his lines and posture which can get sloppy at times. He doesn't have yet the maturity fully down, but he's halfway there. That's really the only edge Patrick Chan has over him; otherwise, it's quite an even playing field now. I'm not sure if Chan's meltdown at JO will follow through to Skate Canada, but I hope he does well enough so that we get to see the head-to-head at the Grand Prix Final.
