Plushy always says what he thinks. And some people don't like it? He doesn't care of it. He knows he has fans and he has enemies. The figure skating such a sport.
And he has experience the media lies about him and about many other celebrities. If anybody follows him as me knows he is great. I follow him since 2010 he was my favorite skater since 1998 but I didn't follow and I didn't read everything about him . After Vancouver I did it, I read his news almost every day. He convinces me he is a true man. I read not only the good opinion good news about him. But no doubt he is one of the greatest athletes our time. He is the biggest star in figure skating his name is the most known in the world. If anybody isn't interested in FS will know his name. He is a rockstar as Verner said : "And it's without mentioning of Evgeni Plushenko - probably the only one skater in the world, capable alone to filed full arena". He knows he inspires many people there are thousands of drawings, poets, montages about him. But he is normal man. I think many people know this montage but this is so great. This montage made by a devoted Japanese fan who is very very talented.

I drew Plushenko in my DA. Some pictures, I genderbent him. Can't help it because he's so beautiful. And in my opinion, Plushenko's face is kind of seasonal: Sometimes he's ugly, somettimes he's pretty/beautiful, sometimes he's cute, sometime handsome, sometimes when he's wrinkled and then he became young and pretty again(which is interesting).

Now, as I said, I'm his newly fan. And when I read some articles I always doubt him, I admit that. Until I read in forum made by his truest of fans who followed him all around the world(fans that are from Japan, Italy and other parts of the world). And they know him the best(are u one of those who follow him around the world?) and I read his Another Show. What I got about him makes me feel that he's such an almost perfect man. Being strong, kind hearted, generous, strong heart, sweetheart, brotherly-fatherly-husbandly-childly love, spiritual, etc.
Yes, the only flaws I see in him is that he's sometimes being too honest at some wrong parts...
