Just seen an ad on Eurosport for the African Cup of Nations, so I decided to check their schedules and it looks like they are not shown the Europeans. Their is no coverage on Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th is not fully complete yet. It looks like highlights at the best? Very disappointing.

Just remember that British Eurosport (for whose listings your link goes to) often has a completely different schedule to Eurosport International.

At the moment, the listings on the Eurosport International website go up to the same point as on the British Eurosport website (i.e. to the wee small hours of Thurs 24th). So, you can't really tell yet.

http://tv.eurosport.com/

Over the years, I have gotten into the habit of keeping an eye on the schedules for both versions of Eurosport every day. When Eurosport International was still available with an English soundtrack on Astra 19.2E Analogue, I tended to watch it rather than British Eurosport on Astra 28.2E Digital, as the International coverage of a lot of the sports I like was a lot better than the British coverage. And, that is still the case!

Now that analogue satellite has switched off on Astra 19.2E, it has become harder to get Eurosport International with an English soundtrack on TV. But, it is very easy to find streams of it on the internet.

So, my advice to fans of any sport that Eurosport covers is to keep an eye on the listings for both versions of Eurosport!

So far this season, Eurosport International has shown a lot more figure skating than British, so we may cross our fingers... ;)

I have just gone through the Europsort schedules, and there is some great variation in the coverage of the Europeans depending on which version of Eurosport you are watching.

Whilst all versions are showing coverage (LIVE or otherwise) of the Free Programme from each category, only Eurosport France is showing a Short Programme, and that is only for the Men.

And, judging by the length of the broadcasts, it looks like it will only be the final group of each category that we will see doing their FS.

But, at least some is better than nothing!

That is unless you are in France, where you will get the whole FS, as well as the Gala! And before anybody asks, I have no idea where you can find a stream of Eurosport France! But let me know if you can find one...! ;)

Forget Eurosport, the coverage always is abysmal. :/

Could any Russian speakers please have a look at the Russian channels' coverage?

I would like to find out whether TV Teka or Web TV will be a better option.

I'm very disappionted about Eurosport's coverage.
Our national TV channels are also going to stream some of the events. But again, only the free programs/dance. And fortunately the whole gala.
Thursday: Pair's free 20:30-21:45 live on M2
Friday: Dance free 20:30-21:30 live on M2
Saturday: Men's free 14:55-16:30 live on M1 and Ladies' free 20:30-21:45 live on M2
Sunday: Gala 15:00-17:00 live on M1
All times are CET.
However, I find it weird that on the event schedule the programs seem to always last a bit longer.
I don't think the online live streaming of these TV channels would be geoblocked so if you want to watch these programmes here you should be able to.

Free progs won't be an issue. Besides the possible Eurosport coverage and some Hungarian channels (maybe other national channels as well), the Russian 'Rossiya-2' will show FPs LIVE. This channel is widely available in the internet as free streams and not geoblocked. I'll post some links closer to the event, but it's rather easy to find them for anyone.

Another thing is Short progs. Only Sport-2 is going to broadcast them LIVE and currently the said channel is not available anywhere as a working free link. In this case yes, a paysite TVteka is a better option: http://tvteka.tv/live/sport2 Or some Japanese fans will be downloading stuff on youtube almost in real time. Lol.
Btw, for Japan-residents: sky channel JSport-4 will broadcast Men and Ladies LIVE, all events.

The working links might show up right before the event on re-brodcasting sites.

SVT2 from 22.15-23.00

24/1 Thurs. SVT1 from 22.45-23.45

SVT coverage will be geo-blocked.

Rossiya-2 will show only Free progs LIVE (last warm-ups tough)

Damn. :(

Will Sport 2 show the earlier groups?

Will there be a way to watch the entire Free Programs live on some Russian channel?

Does anyone know if any Polish television will be broadcasting the competition?

Forget it... It hasnt happened in years (except for the Olympics). Obviously ice motocycle racing is more important for the Polish Sport TV. Soon it's going to be poker, tractor pulling, arm wrestling or other crap that will get more priority. They even dont mention figure skating results on the news anymore (unless Plushenko (due to his legens status) wins Europeans, then he will get one line during flash news).

I've found a tv channel that's going to broadcast the short programs and dance too! Plus the free programs and dance are going to be broadcast for a longer time there! It's the Estonian ETV2. Here is a link to the online steaming of the channel: http://live.err.ee/etv2/
Wednesday: short dance live 15:30-17:00 and pairs short live 21:00-22:20
Thursday: men short live 15:30-17:10 and pairs free live 21:00-23:30
Friday: ladies short live 15:30-17:00 and dance free live 21:00-23:20
Saturday: men free live 16:00-18:10 and ladies free live 21:00-23:25
It seems to me that this channel isn't going to broadcast the gala.
All times are Estonian times.

^Is it geo-blocked? When I open the link, the screen says (via Google Translate): "Broadcast is viewable on the territory of Estonia"
