I mean, hasn't she also received treatement in siberia or something? Maybe it's because of her back. But I hope it means that she wants to imrpove to compete again *fingers crossed*

Lena is declared to Amodio camp as a coach. Buyanova team camp will not be in Courmayeur, but in Sochi, 17/06 - 05/07 https://ligafskate.ru/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/image1-1.jpeg. I don’t know anything about Lena’s participation in them.

And we know from the interview that Lena did with Elena Rodina (yes, their names are really similar) that she has a boyfriend, and that he's an athlete...

Konstantin Kuchayev is a professional football (soccer) player who plays for CSKA in the Russia premier league. I am *speculating* that they met because they are both part of CSKA, but I don't know for sure.

Well they're the two oldest girls so maybe they had something else to do? Or they just weren't present that day [emoji848] I'm staying positive that she will compete next season, even if it's hard to tell because she never postd any training footage.
However, its not very realistic. Don't get your hopes

As long as she doesn't say she won't compete next season, it is realistic that she will. Yeah, maybe not Grand Prix or Worlds or whatever, but again nothing is impossible. So I don't want to just give up on the thought just yet.

Any news on Lena? She's been pretty quiet the past few days. I saw that she was at a charity event but that was the lasz thing. [emoji848]

I was thinking the same thing. I really hope she skates again. Since she placed 3rd at worlds in 2015, she’s eligible to use the comeback rule and get 1-2 GP spots this season, or until the 2024-25 season (if she waits until then to come back haha).
I love Lena, but I *highly* doubt that she'll compete again. She seems to be enjoying commentating, and being a student, hanging out with her friends, etc. :yes:

I just remembered that Lena did a bunch of those football (soccer) TV programs last summer, and sure enough, you can see her saying hi to some of the players (including Kostya on the far right!) here:

In Finland, there was an ISU camp-seminar with the participation of the Buyanova team; in the photo I did not find not only Lena.
