A bit off topic but why wasn't Anais Ventard sent here? She won Senior Nationals but wasn't sent at Euros as I expected and she isn't here either. I doubt she is going to worlds.

I wondered that as well.
Anais is probably my favorite French skater at the moment.

Jumps are perfect, 2a- leg moved slightly on landing, mistake on spin - "jumped" but could do it.

Strong clean jump. Obviously needs to work a bit more on the other aspects...

Anna was off on some elements. I don't know if the 3T was rotated, even on the last spin the exit was a bit off, plus 2 other small mistakes, one on steps and one on the spin.
She looked devastated when she saw the scores. She is feisty and will probably be amazing tomorrow

31 on TES?? ur call might be on 3T in combo? hmmm...

Yes, I think UR on the 3T, "e" on the 3F, the 2A wasn't great plus probably low GOE on her spins and steps because there were wobbles. Maybe even lost some levels

Hoping she has an amazing long.

She is one feisty competitor. It looks like she has grown a bit, too, to me.

The JGP and Jr Worlds are to develop skaters for the future so why was Hannah Miller who had silver medals at all her competitions this season denied a spot on the team? Just for that she should have been on this team. Siraj skates well in one competition and she gets the spot instead. As usual the USFS is shortsighted taking into account only one event. That's not the way to develop young skaters as far as i'm concerned. Same thing with Wang. The team should have been Miller, Wang and Hicks.

Im very impressed with Dalemann and Chatrand! they have such speed and attack and they fight for everything e.g gabrielle on that combo and alaine hanging onto that 3lz-3t, lucky Canada to have such a group of talented girls coming up with these two, seguin and of course Osmond!

^ Osmond is too big even now, at the age of 17. Next season she might reach Flatt size and the rest you know.

I hope Elena keeps skating well. Fingers crossed for Julia to have a good skate here, I am sure she needs it.
I am excited to see Courtney Hicks.
Good luck to all the girls

Can someone explain what is meant by Osmond is already too big??? Is she too tall or too heavy or what? Comparing her to RAchel Flatt - what does that mean? I think RAchel and Osmond have different body types.

Plus Rachael did as best she could with the talent she had. If anything she overachieved. Granted at Skate America Rachael was out of shape. Osmond though has the potential to go much farther with her skating then Flatt did.
