I've been watching Worlds on LTV7.LV and can't figure out when (EDT) Ice Dancing SD starts tomorrow (Thursday). Where can I go to get the times for each competition? TIA.

The starting time for each segment of the competition are listed here: http://www.isuresults.com/results/wc2013/

Just remember that the times are Eastern Daylight Savings Time, which meant the clocks are one hour ahead of the normal standard time (if you live in DC this shouldn't be a problem because you're on daylight savings time now as well).

This is definitely a problem. I do agree that it would be best if the technical specialists came from the countries whose skaters aren't medal contenders in that particular event.

I seem to remember when Marika Humphreys was Tech Spec at Worlds, she was heavily criticized on here - especially because her hubby was originally Ukrainian, and this was deemed the reason she would be biased by some posters.

I don't see how that where her husband is from would be relevant at all. I love Marika because she's really strict with all of the teams.

That's very unpatriotic of you. ;)

LOL Just watching the first warm up I was thinking of how much I love the kitschy-ness of Dance costumes. It looks like an entire book of fairy tales come to life out there. !

Well I was disappointed the Polish boy did not wear a shiny Pearly King outfit for his role in Mary Poppins. I thought his cossie was a bit staid, myself! He defo could've channelled Dick van Dyke more IMO. ;)

Excellent performance from Hurtado/Diaz!

They've beaten their PB by almost 3 points.

Beautifully presented but most importantly they FINALLY skated a program without any noticeable errors. Great job. :)

Im neither from any of the Big FS federations ;)

Oh! I was sure you were Russian. :p

I get it now. Man wearing neck kerchief: Yes, they're using Mary Poppins for their short.

And I'll probably be shot for this but Gilles/Poirier ARE the new Fusar-Poli/Margaglio.
