Urgent prayer

mY MOTHER is in ICU. Brain stem bleeding. I was with her, i'm sobbing. I beg any prayers from believers her name is phyliis and I dont know how to go on without her like I am. Prayer lines needed. posting requests, I can't do anyjing. Bad prognosis, on life support.

skateluvr, what dreadful news. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your mom.

My husband had a brainstem stroke in 1995 and was in the ICU for 13 days; he is still alive & doing fine. With God, all things are possible.

ty. She is on life support. Her brain is gone. I'm so devastated. She was all I had...now the sick little cat alone. docs will say when.

Thank you for your sincere prayers. I love GS because I learn so much, even though I forget half. My mother was taken off life support this morning. My brother, of hawaii will come. People act like she is not a terrible loss at 91. I have little support. The worst thing that could happen has, and I am alone, disabled and no one has offered any real help. My mother was not as she should have been and I am exhausted. She passed between the Bdays of my father and her oldest son, who dide suddenly in hospital at age 65. My tiny family is splintered. I feel the sun mocks me for it shouldn't shine. I love her with all my heart, and I am so afraid. I never dream, and I begged the God for years to see a soul from heaven or purgatory. My father died in 2007. She was exhausted by the stress on us of PCAs who have caused upheaval. I don't know if we can have a normal service as this is holy week. I have few freinds, all older church people. May God forgive my lack of faith. I'm unable to stay alone in her little house, but must go daily as my 19 year old cat neds to be fed. My brother says put her down to be practical. How much loss can one heart take.

Forgive me, one minute I am functioning, the next unable to move. Tell everyone you love them, for today might be their last. I love you guys for communicating with me, and always teaching me from my bed or chair about teh sport/art that has consoled me over and over. If there is a beautiful pair or dance team -I watch the top ones only now, please list them. Maybe a new thread, consolation through art.

love you all. Thank you. I need all the prayer/good thoughts I can get. Her sweater reduced me to tears. Life for some is cake, for others it is calvary. My plans for holy week to pray a lot seem dashed. I just want my mother. She went so fast/in front of me. I would have felt inconsolable If I found her unconscious. I thank God/the universe for this mercy. Today is the feast of the annunciation. I know we are not in control here. GS provides joy, laughter,knowledge, great people discussing the only sport. Thank God for internet and youtube and the sincere folk I have met. I feel I know you all, Doris, Chris Olympia. Bless you.

Skateluvr, surely someone who passes during Holy Week must have special escort from the Almighty. I know what you mean about crying over her sweater; I've done that. Everything that she used has a bit of her memory inside it. I don't know if this is consolation to you at the moment, but I believe that she still knows you and loves you.

Skateluvr, I will keep you & your family in my thoughts & prayers.

Parents are so hard to lose. My dad passed away over 20 years ago and my mom passed away 5 years ago this Easter Sunday, March 31. Those 5 years have been sad as well as reflective. I know that she has been with me through a couple of rough spots in my life. My mom would have given her life for each one of her children if she were asked.

When we had her wake service I played this song among others but this song is like she is speaking to her children. The song was what I think was in her heart and what she would have said to us.

Skateluvr - tried to send you a private message but your mailbox is full. I feel so bad for you and wish I was closer. Even though hardly any of us know each other we do spend time "talking" to each other and it feels like we're mostly all friends. I do think that passing on during Holy Week is a special time and your dear mother will bask in the grace of God at this time. My prayers go out to you and your family and even your sick kitty at this time. Be strong and know that you do have friends here.

TY...its a mess-bless you who have bothered to show me kindness. I will watch and listen tonight. I locked the only set of keys and my cell with all numbers in the house-my brother will kill me. So frazzled and I forget alot anywat (chemical meningitis.) Now I can't find him listed in hotel. Nightmare. I am so soothed by music/skating/our great threads-even the little spats. Please forgive me Paula. I surely meant no harm. Lord help me. Thank you for great offerings. I just cannot call people-I beg God's help through all people. Your prayers can only help.
