# US men haven't skated yet. A 2nd assignment is based on how well they do at their 1st.

his entry in Kosice Czech Rep. has been replaced by Moris Kvitevanishvili
so he could realisticall only get two, and arent JGP only allowed to do 2 JGP assignments ?

Samarin was replaced on this week's SVK roster by Kvitelashvili, but he was on the rosters for BLR and CZE, and now he's on EST too.

I guess he just keeps getting plugged in until one takes.

I hope Martinez heals from his injury! If both Martinez and Omori compete, the Men's event will be tough!

Samarin was recently ill and was not yet ready
he will be doing local competition today and if he finally gets a 3A
I bet he'd secure his 2 other spots

No problem with preliminary assignments.
Skater or couple may be assigned to main entry to up to all JGP Events.
But not more than two real events to participate.

My prediction for the ladies:

1. Seraphima Sakhanovich (RUS) - She scored more than 160 in her previous competition

2-5.

Hannah Miller (USA)- She can score between 150-160, if she is back to her former shape after the injury
Elizavet Turzynbaeva (KAZ) - She can score between 150-155
Gabrielle Daleman (CAN) or Miyabi Oba (JPN) - They can score 150+

6-11.

Tyler Piercer (USA) - She can score around 135-145
Ziquan Zhao (CHN) - She can score between130-140
Lena Morocco (FRA) Chantelle Kerry (AUS) or Liubov Efimenko (FIN)- They have scored between125-135 in the past
Kyueun Kim (KOR) She can score 120+

For now is known about Russia (preliminary)
Junior Ladies
Serafima SAKHANOVICH
Elizaveta IUSHENKO

Junior Men
Mikhail KOLYADA
Murad KURBANOV

USA - no assignments from USFS http://www.usfsa.org/Athletes.asp?id=216

I suspect Glenn will get an assignment

the men with no 3A gets dumped. I think its time for Samarin to leave Goncharenko
look at Radionova's 2A is terrible with no neight, I think Goncharenko is incapable of teaching correct axel Tachnique
maybe go to Mishin or Tutberidze, 15 years old with no 3A there isn't much time left

I doubt Glenn will be sent, unless Miller withdraws. It is unlike the USFS to do that. Pierce deserves an assignment as well . back to back assignments- CZE to the US and back to EST is a rough schedule.

Yes.
She is the only Junior Lady from USA (of them who may compete at Tallinn) who can pretend to JGP Final.

Remember that past season Pogorilaya (unknown as Glenn now) was 3rd at 6th JGP Event, had 7th JGP Event, earned JGP Final and had a medal of JGP Final.

but lately USFS has been shifting skaters for strategic reasons and is like the Rus Fed pulling and shifting skaters

sad Samarin was pull out, but I understand no 3A means less chance of a medal
but is time to leave Goncharenko unless he wants a horrible axel like Radionova's

I often can not understand reasons of RusFed's pulling and shifting skaters.

Samarin is lower than Kurbanov both on place and score. So Kurbanov has priority.

One place of this Event is for Kolyada (medalist of Event with good score 189.41 about the same as Boyang JIN's 189.79).
Second is for Murad Kurbanov who is best (both score and place) of Russian Junior Men who had one JGP Event and can pretend to this Event.

the men's field in this competition will be deep
there will also be Martinez, Uno and Omori
