Schedule & TV Streams Skate Canada

Firstly, I should warn you that there is a snooker tournament starting this weekend. Fortunately, it is in China, so it will not affect the coverage of Skate Canada.

However, the tournament will still be on the following weekend, so it will probably affect the coverage of the Cup of China.

Given that the schedules for Skate Canada on Eurosport Deutschland and Eurosport Farance are identical, I think it is safe to say that the schedule for Eurosport International is also the same this time around!

Right, this is going to be the most complicated schedule of the season to follow, because Europe leaves Daylight Savings Time at 01:00 GMT on Sunday 27th October. So, Friday’s and Saturday’s schedules are in Daylight Savings Time, while Sunday’s schedule is back to normal time.

I have tried to make this as easy to follow as possible. So, apologies if I have not been as successful as I desired to be!

Finally, apologies for only putting this up 2 days before the start of Skate Canada. But, given the number changes I had to make to my Skate America post a couple of days before it started, I decided to wait until the last minute this week!

*Europe leaves Daylight Savings Time at 01:00 GMT on Sunday 27th October.
The schedule for Friday and Saturday is in Daylight Savings Time. So, BST (British Summer Time) is GMT+1, and CEST (Central European Summer Time) is GMT+2
The schedule from Sunday onwards is back to normal time. So, GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) is GMT+0, and CET (Central European Time) is GMT+1

IIRC, the practices were not geoblocked last year. Does anyone else remember the same?

I'm so jealous of fans who have Eurosport Deutschland/British Eurosport/Eurosport France... Unfortunately Polish Eurosport has just part of tv streams listed above because of World Weightlifting Championships in Wrocław (Poland) ^^ ;/ I would not see men's event I guess they'll only broadcast some highlights

The ISU event page does not have a practice schedule yet (at this late date ...).

From your username, I am guessing that you speak French. I am sorry, but I am afraid I do not know of any livestreams of the Eurosport France channels.

However, here is the link I normally use for the English language version of Eurosport International. If I am correct, this should be the same schedule as ESP2 France and ESP2 Deutschland:

EDIT: Panic over. The site owner has realised, and has put a new stream onto the same link. It's currently showing WATTS, and the skating should start shortly.

If the on-screen schedule is telling the truth, British Eurosport 1 is about to start showing highlights of the Men's SP and the Short Dance.

However, please note that they are now just 30 minutes each, as opposed to the 45 minute Men's and 30 minute Dance that my original post said

According to my original post, Eurosport International will be showing a 30 minutes highlights package of the Ladies SP instead of the Men's SP.

I doubt if they will each be showing different categories. So, we'll just have to wait and see what appears on which channel.

EDIT: The Ladies SP just started on both. Grrr!!! I wanted to see the Men's SP!!!
