Do you happen to know if the Belgian Committee's criterium for him to be allowed to go to Sochi still is "finish in the top 12?" (he's already guaranteed to finish in the top 12 after the SP now)

Majorov was always skaterfat.
This was a decent performance for him I guess but meh.

Are men getting higher presentation marks (or whatever the 2nd mark is now) than women? Not trying to be sexist or anything, just wondering if anyone had ever gotten something like 40 for technical but only 20 for the 2nd mark.
