Ouch, Sarah Hecken is in a really bad shape at the moment.

Maybe it's just me but Viveca Lindfors sounds like pornstar name. :p It makes me think of long blonde hair and enormous boobs. :p

On a more serious note, another great competition for her. How old is she? I imagine, she should be able to easily win Seniors next season, given her jump repertoire. (I also have a feeling I asked this already but forgot :slink:)

Nice to see a Thai girl (Thita Lamsam) going for so many triples. :)

Another very talented young Russian girl winning Advanced Novice. Konstantinova landed 3lutz/2toe and 3loop in the SP and five triples in the FS! They just keep coming!

Hahaha, I hope she won't read your message! She's 14. Viveca receives much higher PCS when she competes internationally, in Finland the judges have given her pretty low scores. But her technical repertoire is very good and strong taking into account her age. Very promising young skater!

I know what it was. I recently re-watched the first season of Six Feet Under and in one episode, the deceased is a porn star called Viveca St. John. ;)

Do you know when she was born? Will she be 15 by the July cut-off date this year?

She was born before July 1st. This means Finland has quite a few promising juniors eligible for senior level next season! Jenni Saarinen, Liubov Efimenko, Viveca Lindfors and Emmi Peltonen.

Exciting times! The competition for the single Euros and Worlds spots will be super intense (I don't think Korpi will return).

P.S. Bye bye Turkkila. It was good while it lasted and your programs were well choreographed and quite elegant but it's time to move on. :p (On a more serious note: I really like her skating and I hope she sticks around and tries to improve her jump content.)

Not sure about Korpi though, she's very determined to return but everything depends on her health.
