Has anyone noticed that so many skaters bumped/almost bumped on the wall while performing?
Many of skaters with large ice coverage had to shrug when gliding fast towards or jumping near the wall. I also saw the bottom rail plates sticking out from the beginning, and ...there went HaeJin, skate caught instead of skidding along the wall.
The rink converts back and forth between figure skating and speed skating, but I wonder if they padded to much.
Also, if this isn't the ice size or thick wall issue, would it be the ice quality making the skaters spread out or not catching the breaking blades with enough friction.
