I'll never understand Larionov's costume,

It's like a badly made child's Purim costume, On top of a black shirt and pants

Bazarova and Larionov of Russia are skating to the Polovetsian Dances
Vera falls on the sbs 3T
Shaky 2A / 2A sequence from Vera
Good 3Flip throw
Excellent forward inside death spiral
Excellent unison on the change foot combo spin
Good 3twist
Vera is almost dropped on the Group 5 Reverse Lasso lift
Excellent throw triple loop
Choreo sequence expresses the music
Straight into the Group 3 lift
Group 5 Backward Lasso lift
Pair combination spin to finish
No connection at all between this couple despite the complex choreography

Well with that Russia is the first country to guarantee three spots for their pairs at worlds next year (no surprise there)

So end of the road for B/L? I doubt she will ever have those jumps fixed and their team competition has arrived.

From Bazarova and Larionov's body language, I feel they may have some sort of fight with each other. They seem off, with no chemistry at all here.

Kirsten MOORE-TOWERS does a flower in her hair again?

3 salchow sbs
backward outside death spiral with clever exit variation
pair spin with neat positions
3loop throw
charming choreo sequence
Group 5 axel lasso lift
Group 5 toe lasso with adagio and reverse rotation
slightly out of unison on the sbs spin
touch down on the 3sal throw
Group 3 lift to finish
Beautiful skate from Team Canada

MT\M served it !

That was good and clean and fast, One slight hand touch down at the hand, But whatever.

I hope the judges raise some of the GOE from the beginning, They really weren't helping at first

How wonderful for them!! So great to see. They really took their time and it was so nice to see that kind of breath and style after the last couple of skates.

Their TES is also flirting with 70.

Thank you so much auser!

ETA: It's PJ "Mac & Cheese" Kwong doing the commentary on sportlemon!
You're welcome:) Thank you for the info about PJ Kwong. I've read some of her interviews previously, but did not realize what a nice voice she has. I'm a bit out of the loop about the "Mac & Cheese" reference and having enjoyed your witty posts, I'm wondering what I'm missing:laugh:.
