For 2023: http://ffkm.ru/images/files/online/2023-01-17_pm/9-10_K_Scores.pdf

* There were 16 3F or 3Lz with at least neutral GOE from the top 10 skaters.
* There were 4 3Lz with positive GOE from skaters not in the top 10.
* The 9th ranked skater did a solo 3T after a negative GOE 3Lz combo (that accounts for 2 of the 4 non +GOE 3F or 3Lz jump passes in the top 10... the other 2 were +GOE 3Lo)
* First skater to do an intentional double jump was ranked 29th
* Top skaters here were born in 2012. Probably no memories of Sochi but also probably started skating before the 2018 Olympics.
For 2024: http://ffkm.ru/images/files/online/2024-01-15_pm/_K_Scores.pdf (I had to download and open... otherwise Chrome gave an error)

* There were 16 3F or 3Lz with at least neutral GOE from the top 10 skaters.
* There were 12 3F or 3Lz with at least neutral GOE from skaters outside of the top 10.
* 10th ranked skater did solo 3T. 15th ranked skater did 2F+2T which was a bit odd since they also did a +GOE 3Lz.
* 2 skaters with 3Lz and 3F with at least neutral GOE who didn't make the top 10
* 3 skaters with 3Lz or 3F with at least neutral GOE who didn't make the top 24.

On the surface there has been progress doing more difficult jumps. But seeing a couple skaters with both a 3F and 3Lz not make the top 10(and one of them had a lvl 1 step sequence)and seeing 3 skaters with a 3F or 3Lz not make the final 24 may point to many pursuing jump in lieu of other things.

There's a skater named Miroslava Lebedeva that has youtube channel with almost 700K subscribers documenting her training that came in 23rd. That's actually a pretty good result as she can skate in this category again next year as she is still only 9 years old.

For the older group's quads in the elements portion of the competition - Skaters with successful attempts: 3, Skaters with any attempts: 6
Elena Kostyleva landed 2x4S and 2x4S+3T though only one of each counts here.
Victoria Streltsova landed a 4S, fell on a 3A attempt, and then landed a 4S+3T.
Ekaterina Stotskaya landed a 4S
Valeria Lukashova, who has landed 4S in competition, had a solo 4S that she fell on and a 4S+3T with negative GOE where she stepped out on the 3T.
Maya Sarafanova attempted a 4Lz but she fell and it was downgraded.
Valeria Litvincheva attempted a 4T but she fell and was marked as underrotated.

From what I've seen, the older group here is eligible for the 2030 Olympics while the younger group is not.
