Partial Step Sequence?

Has anyone understood what this element will be? What are the skaters supposed to perform? (Sorry if it has already been discussed elsewhere)
(Minor question concerning SD: why is the BV of the Junior Pattern Dance reduced to a maximum of 5 points when last year it was 7?)

My understanding, they have to perform a step sequence which captures the mood and style of the paso doble but they must integrate key features of the paso doble into their sequence. These key features must be done at the same place they are usually done in the paso doble pattern.

Confusing right?
