With the news that he hasn't trained for 2 weeks, how can he come back to like 50% of his top form by the time of competition?
He has 5 different injuries on his body. I'd rather not see him at NHK in such state. :hopelessness:

I also hope he will skip but we will see.. We can't do much about it if he want to. (the kid might just get hurt even more mentally):frown:

Since there is still no news whether Yuzuru will compete, I suggest everyone to have 7 placements for the men's discipline.

I predict that Yuzuru will withdraw. :hijacked:

I doubt it. He probably knows too that even a 5th place has a high probability of being enough for the GPF, and as mean as that sounds, even bombing might not make it "possible" for him to place so low. So basically, as long as he can skate on that day, I'd expect him to show up even if he didn't get any practice in between. (My hopes for him withdrawing are zero, so I'm at least hoping he'll dump down his content... at least that 3rd quad).
My prediction would be more like horrible SP, 2013 worlds-like-LP and podiums with that (somehow).

I'm honestly terrified right now. I'm honestly torn. If he's not in condition to skate, he shouldn't skate. But it's up to him. I'm already nervous and it's only Monday.
